Those three words right there still get me fired up every time I hear "Regulate" come on the stereo or my iPod. It has to be one of the smoothest Hip Hop tracks of all time. You can play this song anywhere and someone is going to recognize it and sing along. I still know every damn word to this song and I am not afraid to sing the Nate Dogg verse. My rendition is ill! It's gotta be that sample from Michael McDonald's "I Keep Forgettin'" that gets the older white people fired up. That is one of the funkiest and smoothest bass lines of all time.
