"AT&T Navigator" GPS App Now Available for iPhone (AND IT'S MAD EXPENSIVE!)

I received an email from AT&T this morning announcing their new "AT&T Navigator" App.  I thought it was interesting so I opened it up.  I already own a portable GPS but it would be great to have GPS capabilities on me at all times in case I forgot my unit at home or was driving with a friend that didn't have one (step your game up T-Money!).

I was baffled when I saw that they would be charging $9.99 a month for these services.  Are you F'n serious!?!?!  I can buy a more powerful and reliable GPS unit from Garmin for under $100 at Best Buy.  And that's a one time fee!  $10 per month is $120 per year...FOREVER!!!  WTF?!?!?  Who is going to buy this app?  This seems like the worst idea ever.

Hopefully AT&T comes to their senses...wait what am I saying?  They freakin' suck!  There is probably no chance in hell they will change this to a one time fee or something more reasonably priced.  They will probably raise the price knowing their ridiculous business practices.  Get your shit together, AT&T!  And stop pissing off your customers, especially iPhone users!  As soon as another carrier like Verizon gets the iPhone, we are all jumping ship unless you can pull it together.  At this point, no one thinks that is even remotely possible.

I will just have to wait and see if Tom Tom or Garmin comes out with a cheaper GPS app at some point in the future.  If not, I am totally fine using my nice little portable Garmin GPS unit.  It hasn't failed me yet and it doesn't try to rape me for money each month.  IDIOTS!

Air Jordan VI “Infrared” Retro to Drop January 2010 (PRAYERS ANSWERED)

OH HELL YEAH!!!  This is some of the best news I've heard in a long time.  It's just been announced that the Air Jordan VI “Infrared” 2010 Retro will be released in January 2010 with a suggested retail price of $150.  I don't think there is any better way to start off the new year than purchasing one of the best Air Jordan's of all time!  I'm definitely taking my Christmas money with me to purchase these joints.  It's going to be tough to get a pair and I might have to stand in line forever but it will be well worth it.  These are absolute FIRE!!!
The VI's are right up there with the XI's in terms of the Jordan's I love the most but have never owned.  I have a low version of the VI's in white and North Carolina Blue but it's just not the same as wearing the original colorway that Michael had on his feet when he won his first Championship.  They are by far one of the cleanest, sharpest and most unique Jordans that ever came out.
A bunch of my boys rocked these for the basketball season in 7th grade and I was super jealous.  I had the Dee Brown Reebok Pump Omni Zones so I was looking fresh myself but the Jordan VI's were just the most insane shoe available at that time.  They were futuristic with that crazy two holed tongue and toggle for the laces.  I couldn't stop staring at them and I always wished I had a pair for myself.

I remember getting a Jordan poster where he was dunking on an outdoor rim with a brick background (I couldn't find it ANYWHERE online which pissed me off!) and he had on these exact kicks.  I would stare at that poster for hours on end trying to get a better angle to see them because the VI's hadn't been announced or advertised yet and I was completely obsessed.  I thought it was the coolest thing ever having that poster because I felt like I had some "insider" info or something.

These are a definite "must cop"!  I am drooling just thinking about the possibility of finally owning the Air Jordan VI Infrareds!  DOPE!!!

Mistah F.A.B - "Hit Me On Twitter" (WORST SONG EVER?)

This might be one of the worst songs I've ever heard.  Who the F*#@ writes a song about Twitter?  And if you are going to promote some ridiculously huge social networking site, at least get paid for it.  This is just painful.

The crazy thing is I actually kind of like the beat and hook (or at least the flow and melody of it).  It's the lyrics and title that make this absolute garbage.  Someone needs to jack this beat and work it into something that doesn't suck donkey balls.  It actually has potential but I just can't stand listening to these lyrics without wanting to light my headphones on fire.  It pisses me off that this is what is considered Hip Hop these days.  I hope to God that this doesn't get popular because I might lose my mind if I hear this played on the radio 35 times a day.

The best part about this video is the comedic value received from the YouTube comments.  Check out some of these classics:

Im def not hating but it does sound like a fake as Dream produced Young jeezy wit a dick in his butt- hahahha- well produced tho sounds like something that could be played on the radio- and didn't jay kill autotune?

this is absolutely the gayest song ive ever heard.
kinda wanna shoot myself in the face.

This song is gayer than Tom Cruise.

I couldn't agree more!  WACK JUICE!

Impromptu MJ Dance Party Starts in the Streets of NYC (AWESOME)

This is the kind of craziness you could only see in NYC.  It's the one of the only places in the world where you will always find a ton of people walking through the streets at any time of day or night.  It's also the only place where you can find a 50 year old Guido driving an obnoxiously painted 1984 Buick hoopty with a megaphone attached to the roof.  Combine all of that madness with the recent death of Michael Jackson and you get one of the craziest impromptu dance parties that the streets of New York have ever seen.

Even though it's kind of funny because of the jackass driving this ridiculous car, this video is also a great tribute to Michael Jackson.  This was a perfect example of how he brought together all kinds of groups and races with his music and helped people just have fun.  It sounds kind of lame but I got the chills watching this because it just made me realize how many damn people actually knew and loved his music.  Literally everyone knows at least one of his songs if not more.  This proves you could throw on an MJ track ANYWHERE and you will get a positive reaction.  It's unreal!!!
On some other MJ related news, check out this craziness.  You know the crazy gravity defying move he did in the "Smooth Criminal" video where he would lean forward like he was being held up by wires and wouldn't fall over?  Well it turns out he had a special piece made for his shoes tht connected to the floor and allowed him to lean forward. I always wondered how the hell he did that!  All these years I have been trying to do it with regular shoes and would get pissed off when I would fall over and almost smash my face on the floor.  The weirdest thing about this is that he actually patented this move and created a shoe system called "Method and Means for Creating Anti-Gravity Illusion." Wow!  You can read more about this patent and process in an article from USAToday.com.  I have a feeling this is only the beginning of stories like this that will be coming out for years to come.

Here is a new Michael Jackson Tribute track that was created by Chris Brown, Game, Boyz 2 Men, Diddy & Mario.  Not bad.

This is the CNN interview that everyone is talking about which includes Joe Jackson's shameless promotion of his record label just a few days after Michael's death.  He doesn't seem the least bit emotional and even said "I'm great" when the interview started.  WTF?!!?  We always knew this guy was a douche but this just proves it even more.  Ridiculous.

Megan Fox is HOT - Part 3 (KIMMEL AND LETTERMAN)

I have no idea what Megan Fox was talking about in this interview but who gives a shit.  She's hot as hell!!!  I don't care if she has the brain of a capuchin monkey.  I'm not really interested in what she "thinks".  She's still the hottest piece of ass in Hollywood right now and that's all that really matters.

On another note, I have never seen Kimmel and Letterman so nervous interviewing a guest.  It's like they were 12 year old boys talking to a hot chick in the hallway for the first time.  I think Jimmy might have even busted a nut when Megan asked "Am I touching your penis?"  Shit.  I think I just did myself!  It's understandable though.  Megan Fox is FIRE!!!

If the Letterman video above doesn't work, check out CBS.com for the clip.

Amazing Dog Playing Basketball (MAD GAME)

I don't know how this owner trained his dog to play basketball but it's freakin' awesome.  I can barely get my Mom's dog to catch a tennis ball or frisbee without it hitting her in the face, yet alone dribble a basketball and throw down a sick alley oop dunk.  This is unbelievable!

Air Bud can suck it.  He's got nothing on this guy!

Jon LaJoie - "Michael Jackson is Dead" (TOO SOON BUT FUNNY)

I think I might be a total hypocrite for posting this video but I don't really care. It's still funny as shit. Yes, it's probably too soon to be making joke videos about Michael Jackson but let's be honest, the guy brought it upon himself with all of the F'd up shit he did or was accused of over the past 20 years.

A lot of people will get fired up by this song and say it's wrong and insensitive but pay close attention to what Jon LaJoie is actually saying. He is crude and offensive but it's to prove a point. He is just pointing out all of the weird shit that Michael Jackson did over the years and calling out the media and people around the world for chastising MJ one day and then loving him again as soon as he dies. He is definitely speaking the truth and will make you really uncomfortable while doing so. Luckily, it's funny as hell.

Jon LaJoie says it best in the description of the video:
"You're all hypocrites. All of a sudden the media is his best friend? Two-faced fuckers..."

So true, man.  So true.
