Sean Price - "Let Me Tell You" & "Shut the F*** Up" (RIDICULOUS)

Damn!  Sean P is destroying both of these tracks!  I'm still confused why he doesn't get more love from Hip Hop fans though.  He's definitely respected by the underground but he's never been able to get much notoriety outside of the circle of true Hip Hop heads even though he's better than 95% of the people rapping these days.

This dude is so nasty on the M-I-C.  He's got crazy lyricism, sick flow, mad energy and a very unique sounding voice.  What more do you want from a rapper?  Some of the shit this dude says is crazy.  How can you not appreciate this?

Firecracker, rap with a short fuse,
Backsmack a rapper for rapping with autotune.
Fuckin' rappin' computer thug,
Stick the harddrive in yo ass, computer love.

I've been a huge Sean P fan ever since he first came on the scene as Ruck from Heltah Skeltah as part of the Boot Camp Click.  I was pissed when Heltah Skeltah broke up but luckily Price kept grinding and has been putting out quality material for like 14 years.  Here are a few of my favorites from the Heltah Skeltah days.  Their album Nocturnal is definitely a classic:

Jagged Edge Having A Yard Sale To Sell Their Sneaker Collection & Jerseys (A FEW GEMS IN THERE)

This is a cool behind the scenes look at what it's like to be a Hip Hop/R&B star.  Jagged Edge is getting rid of some classic kicks for $30!  WTF?!?!  I bet you 75% of those were probably given to them for free too.  I bet they don't even know how many gems they have in there that could rake in a few hundred dollars each on the sneakerhead black market although there were a few fakes mixed in.  This dude G-Roc from TheShoeGame.com definitely knows what's up though because he was snatching classics left and right.

A lot of people in the comments section at World Star Hip Hop were bugging out and saying it was wack that huge R&B stars are having a yard sale but if they actually listened they would realize that this is at their parents house in Atlanta and they are just trying to clear some space in their house.  You can't blame them for that.  It's too bad G-Roc didn't tell them they were getting screwed for selling the kicks so low though.  Maybe he told them after he got his special stash...

NBA Insider Ric Bucher Says Lebron James & Chris Bosh Will Sign With The Chicago Bulls (ENOUGH SPECULATION ALREADY)

July 1st could not come soon enough.  I am so sick of the speculation of where LeBron, Wade and Bosh are going to go from all of the talking heads.  All of these so called experts don't know shit.  They are just making stuff up to try and get some face time on ESPN or other sports networks.

I just heard the other day that blowhard Stephen A. Smith claims that all three are going to play together in Miami.  No f'n way in hell that happens.  They would all have to take paycuts and that just ain't happening.  If you listen to anything that clown says, you are an idiot.  There is a reason why he was fired from ESPN.

I actually think this rumor about Bosh and James going to Chicago could have some legs but I don't know how they can afford both.  They are probably going to need a sign and trade.  It seems like Chicago has the best chance of landing LeBron at this point but who knows what he is thinking.  He probably hasn't even made up his mind yet.  Although, maybe he changed his number to 6 because he knew he wanted to go to Chicago all along and he knew he couldn't wear #23?  That's doubtful though. There's no way he was thinking that far ahead but it was strange how far in advance he announced he would be changing numbers for the 2011 season.

In regards to the other free agents, Wade will probably stay in Miami and hope one of them decides to come down there to play.  Bosh is definitely not going back to Toronto so I could see him following Wade or LeBron but at the same time he might want to have his own legacy and could join the Clippers, Mavericks or someone else no one is even talking about.  The Knicks and Nets are going to be left picking up the scraps, in my opinion.  Who wants to go play for a team that has the talent equivalent of and NBDL team?  How does Joe Johnson and Amare Stoudemire sound, Knicks fans?!?!?  Pretty sure they already tried that in Phoenix about 5 years ago.  How did that work out?

There is even a chance that the Knicks could get completely shut out of the free agency bonanza which would be the funniest thing ever.  They have been tanking and getting rid of huge contracts the past two years just to clear room for LeBron and there hasn't even been a sniff of a rumor saying that any of the three are interested in going there.  Love it!

Just this morning, ESPN had a "Breaking News" segment in which Chris Broussard reported that James, Wade and Bosh were meeting today to discuss their future.  These guys are milking this shit for all it's worth.  That's for sure.  Can we just fast forward to July 1st so I don't have to listen to all of the speculation anymore?  I can't even watch ESPN at this point because this is all they are talking about and there is absolutely NOTHING else on TV right now.  Brutal.

Highlights of Celtics First Round Draft Pick Avery Bradley (DUDE HAS HOPS!)

I have to admit, I didn't really know much about the Celtics new first round draft pick Avery Bradley going into the 2010 NBA Draft.  I really had no idea who he was until I saw a few highlights of him from the season.  That usually isn't a good sign when I've watched somebody play multiple times but can't remember their name later on.  After watching this video of some older highlights, I am definitely a little more excited about the kid's potential though.  He has some CRAZY hops and a whole lot of game.  He is much more athletic than I ever expected.

On top of that, Bradley was actually ranked as the #1 player coming out of high school two years ago ahead of this year's #1 draft pick John Wall.  You have to take rankings with a grain of salt because it doesn't really mean shit until you get on the court but it's nice to know that he has been balling at a high level for awhile now and the "experts" thought he would be a player.  Playing in Texas probably didn't help his cause this year considering their coach Rick Barnes has been known to stifle talent and they just didn't have that good of a team last season.  I have to imagine that if he had played on a talented team like Kentucky, he could have put up some crazy numbers too.

The #19 pick is always a crap shoot but if he pans out it's a low risk, high reward type situation.  It's not like we picked in the Top 10 and could end up with a bust.  If he is in the NBDL in a few years, you can't really get too worked up about it.

Backing up Rondo and learning from the Celtics veterans should definitely help this kid develop quickly though.  I hope he learns the ropes enough to actually get some playing time to help relieve Rondo from the big minutes he played this year. On top of that, he also creates a nice contrast to Rondo since he already has a solid outside shot which will keep the defense honest.  Bradley is also known as a good defender so they won't be losing too much on that end of the floor either.

If Doc comes back to coach next season, it might be difficult for Bradley to get decent minutes since he is known to keep rookies on the bench even when they show signs of being a solid player. It should be fun to watch Bradley develop over the next couple of years but I have a feeling he could be used in a trade at some point in the near future since Rondo is not going anywhere for a long time.

Jay-Z "Discusses" Trying to Sign LeBron to the Nets (LATE SHOW WITH DAVID LETTERMAN)

I wouldn't exactly say Jay-Z said anything of value during this interview but it was pretty funny nonetheless.  Letterman kept drilling him trying to get an answer about LeBron but Jigga knew better than to say anything before the free agent frenzy beginning on July 1st.  David Stern is always watching!  Believe that.

What's up with Jay's laugh by the way?  I mean, I knew he sounded like that but I guess I just haven't heard him laugh for real in a long time.  I guess he's gotta try and keep that serious mean mugging to a maximum to hide that awful sounding laugh.  Maybe Affion Crockett's impersonation wasn't as exaggerated as I thought:

Drake & Jimmy Kimmel Collaborate For "Tweet Tweet" (FUNNY MUSIC VIDEO)

Check out this funny clip from last week's Jimmy Kimmel Live show called "Tweet Tweet".  I love that Jimmy was listening to music on an iPad as if that is the cool thing to do in High School now or something.  Please tell me this isn't happening anywhere.  That just looks so dumb and obnoxious.

It's cool to see that Drake doesn't take himself too seriously and is willing to make a corny rap for comedy purposes.  It wasn't the funniest thing ever but I still enjoyed it.  I think it was all worth it when they got to Snoop's tweet that simply read "What it do, neffew?"  So random!  You gotta love Snoop.

J. Cole - "Who Dat" (OFFICIAL VIDEO)

J. Cole's new single "Who Dat" has been playing a lot on Sirius Radio lately and it's definitely starting to grow on me.  There's something catchy about that simple but effective hook.  It's got an old school vibe to it which I can definitely appreciate.

I've been waiting to hear some new material from J. Cole since I first heard him on Jay-Z's "A Star is Born" from The Blueprint 3.  The kid has some serious potential.

Highlights of Drake's Alife NYC Performance (COOL SPOT)

This is a cool video of Drake's recent performance at the A.R.C. Umbro World Champions Space in the Alife Rivington Courtyard in NYC.  DJ A-Trak also performed and served as Drake's DJ.  That definitely looks and sounds like it was a good time.

I'm a little confused about the people watching the performance though.  Does everyone think they are as cool as shit in NYC?  Jesus Christ.  At least bob your head or something.  You have freakin' Drake performing about 10 feet in front of you and you are acting like you never heard his music or something.

Also, how awkward was that one clip where everyone was hovering over him with their cameras like he was a tiger in a zoo or some shit.  WTF?!?! Was this a press conference or a concert?  Everyone was more concerned with taking pictures and videos than they were with actually enjoying the music. Jackasses.

Gandalf Goes to the World Cup (VUVUZELA MADNESS)

Every time I think I've finally seen every random funny video on YouTube, I'm proven wrong by someone that takes the time to put together some ridiculous shit like this.  This super random video completely captures the essence of the vuvuzela madness that is driving everyone crazy at this year's World Cup in a :90 clip using scenes from Lord of The Rings.   Just unreal.  If you tried to explain to me why this video was funny, it would make no sense at all.

I can't wait until they are done with these games because I don't know how much longer I can take that painful noise.  Every time I try and watch a game, that noise just gets louder and louder and I feel like my ears are going to bleed.  I just change the channel because I can't take it anymore.  I am going to do my best to watch Team USA try and beat Ghana tomorrow afternoon but I don't know how much of this shit i can take.

iPhone 4 Commercial - The Deleted Scenes (FUNNY)

This video probably could have been cut in half and would have been a lot better but it's still pretty funny.  The hype is ridiculous for the iPhone 4 so a video like this was kind of expected.  This time the hype is real though.  That phone is so nasty! I was going to wait a few months to upgrade but I don't know if I can hold off.  As soon as I see someone with it in their hand for the first time, I am going to be mad jealous...

Jay-Z & Eminem Perform On Ed Sullivan Theater Rooftop for The Late Show with David Letterman (COOL)

On Monday afternoon, Eminem and Jay-Z teamed up to perform a short concert that will appear on The Late Show with David Letterman tonight at 11:30 PM. I can't believe I am just hearing about this now!

Originally, they wanted to perform on top of the marquee of the Ed Sullivan Theater (aka the huge ass sign) but the NYPD denied them because of the recent madness where fights and riots broke out before a free Drake concert in the city.  NYPD told them that they would not need a permit to perform on top of the building's roof so that's how it all happened.

A few hundred lucky fans were able to score FREE tickets through a promotion through Twitter and Facebook.  That must have been unreal to see two of the best rappers of all time in such a unique and small environment.  That is something they will never forget.

John Wall's Reebok ZigTech Slash Commercial & Pics (CRAZY BUT COOL)

This new Reebok ZigTech ad featuring John Wall will be shown on TV for the first time tonight during the NBA draft.  If you pay close attention to the beginning, you will see a silhouette of Allen Iverson symbolically passing the torch to Mr. Wall.  Very cool.

I still don't know if I like the ZigTech Slash design yet but I will definitely consider wearing the shoe for hoops whether I like the look or not.  I got my Custom ZigTech's in the mail about a week ago and they are one of the most comfortable shoes I've worn in a long time.  If the basketball shoes are even close in overall comfort level, I definitely won't hesitate to pick up a pair. I've also gotten a ton of comments on the crazy ZigTech design and most of them were really positive.  They are definitely head turners and a big conversation starter.  I'll definitely be getting more styles in colorways in the near future.

Here is a new Gumetal/Comet colorway of the ZigTech Slash that leaked recently.  These are pretty nice.  That yellow really pops.  Not bad.

DJ Red Alert's "I Wanna Rock" Connection MIx (COOL)

Check out this sick mix from Kool DJ Red Alert called the "I Wanna Rock" Connection Mix.  I love the concept of taking the original sample of Lyn Collins' 1972 song "Think (About It)" and flipping through it's evolution from "It Takes Two" to "I Wanna Rock".  Very cool.

The random booty shots were totally unnecessary but very much appreciated...

David Banner & 9th Wonder - "Slow Down" ft. Heather Victoria (OFFICIAL VIDEO)

David Banner is one of those artists that I go back and forth on all the time.  Once in awhile he makes a nice hit like "Get Like Me" and "Like A Pimp " but then he will disappear for a few years and you kind of forget about him.  He's not the best rapper by any means but he does drop some knowledge and touches on some serious subject matter that most rappers just completely ignore.  He is definitely one of the more lyrical southern rappers and I feel like he doesn't always get the credit he deserves.

On the other hand, I love anything produced by 9th Wonder.  He's one of those producers you instantly recognize as soon as you hear those hard drums and snappin' hi hats.  He's got that soulful old school sound that no one else is really using which makes his tracks stick out from the other garbage being produced these days.

"Slow Down" is a real dope track and if this is a sign of things to come, this could be a hot collaboration.  I can't find an official release date for the new David Banner & 9th Wonder album Death of a Pop Star but I'm sure it will be fairly soon if they are already releasing videos.

Eminem ft. Slaughterhouse - "Session One" - Recovery Bonus Track (NASTY)

I'm glad this bonus track "Session One" produced by Just Blaze made it on to the Recovery album because this shit is ridiculous!  Once again, this is just another example of Em murdering a track and making some other really nice lyricists pale in comparison.

I'm a big fan of Slaughterhouse (Royce Da 5'9", Joell Ortiz, Crooked I & Joe Budden) and they might be some of the only rappers out there that can actually get on Em's level once in awhile.  I still think he's the best of the bunch without a doubt but they can all drop some ridiculously sharp lines.

I was a little disappointed when I didn't hear Joe Budden on the track.  It turns out he recorded his verse but wasn't able to make it on the track due to label issues.  That's some weak shit and typical garbage from the record labels ruining what could have been a potentially classic track.  Hopefully the full version finds it's way onto the net because I would love to hear the complete version.  Imagine all 5 of these dudes getting together for a full album?  Shit would be INSANE.

Eminem, Royce Da 5′9″, Mr. Porter & The Alchemist - Tim Westwood Freestyle (RIDICULOUS)

Now that's what I'm talking about.  That is the old Eminem right there just ripping the mic to shreds.  I'm pretty sure that was off the top of the dome too because he was locked in.  Just look at the concentration in his eyes and how quickly his brain is working.  Shit was sick!

Royce Da 5'9" was nice too.  He does not get enough credit for how nasty of a lyricist he is.  It's nice to see him an Em cool with each other again after a few years of beef.  Those two are a crazy duo.  I would love to see them put out an album together in the future.

Recovery is available today.  I'm downloading that shit now and will be listening to it all day long.

Steve Nash Is The CBS Sports World Cup Correspondent (AND HE MIGHT BE CRAZY)

Um, what?  I have no idea what is going on here.  Steve Nash is f'n tapped!  I know that he is just doing a little acting but I think he's just crazy enough to do something like this for real. I wish he was in a bigger market so we could see more of his antics on a regular basis.  Dude's got jokes for days.

I can't wait until he retires because he is going to do some funny shit in his free time.  I could see him getting into acting and maybe even producing some comedies.  I think it would be best if he linked up with Baron Davis.  They've already done some classic work together and seem to have some good chemistry.  Love it.

Louis C.K. Promo for "Louie" - Premieres On FX June 29 at 11 PM (COULD BE FUNNY)

Louis C.K. was on Opie and Anthony this morning promoting his new show on FX called "Louie".  Even though this promo is a little short, it still looks like it could be pretty good.  It's basically just about his life but the dude is hysterical and always sees things from a crazy perspective. Louie had full control of the show including production, directing and editing so I'm sure it is going to be funny as hell.  Look for "Louie" on FX June 29th at 11 PM.

I'm glad he got another chance to make a sitcom after HBO squashed his awesome show "Lucky Louie" a few years ago.  The acting was bad and it was a little over the top but it had some serious potential.  It was refreshing to see a show about how regular people live and without any kind of network filter.  I think if HBO had the balls to give it a second season, they would have seen ratings increase tremendously.  I just don't think enough people originally saw the show for it to catch on.

Here are a few videos of some classic clips:

Jimmy Kimmel's Guillermo Shows Us How To Do A Bicycle Kick (AWESOME)

This might be my favorite World Cup related highlight so far.  I don't know if that's really a rousing endorsement for the sport of of soccer but I'll take what I can get considering there hasn't been much action these first few weeks.

The best part about this clip is when Guillermo realizes that he actually made solid contact with the ball on his half-assed bicycle kick as it ended up slowly rolling into the net for a goal.  That was genuine excitement right there!  I guarantee he never thought he would make one over that fat belly.  He was legitimately proud of himself.  HA HA!  Classic.

Apple iPhone 4 FaceTime Commercial (INTENSE)

How can you not want an iPhone 4 after watching this commercial for the new FaceTime app?!?!  This shit is unbelievable!  I think it just got a little dusty up in my cube.  That was intense.

I'm not going to bother writing up a summary of the new phone because it's been done ad nauseam elsewhere but in case you lived under a rock and haven't heard about it's new features, here is another commercial (below) that gives a quick summary of what you can expect.

The new iPhone 4 goes on sale this Thursday, June 24th.  Good luck getting one though.  It sold out in one day online and there will probably be limited quantities available in stores for at least a few weeks or even months.

I'm eventually going to get one but I'll wait until my iPhone 3G craps out on me.  I don't expect that to be any time soon since it still works like a champ.  I might break down in a few months when I start getting phone envy of anyone that owns the new one.  I'll try and hold off as long as I can but it's going to be tough....

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino ft. DJ Class, Fatman Scoop & Disco Fries - "The Situation" (BETTER THAN EXPECTED)

I wasn't even going to post this when I heard it for the first time the other day but I changed my mind for some reason.  Probably because it's a Friday, I'm depressed about the Celtics losing a game they could have won, plus I'm feeling lazy and hungover and this was an easy post.

My expectations were ridiculously low for this track but I have to admit, it isn't even that bad.  I've heard a lot worse played on the radio.  With the excessive use of auto-tune and a decent electro type beat, the song actually sounds decent.  I could see this getting some serious spins in meathead heavy clubs, especially down in Jersey.  I will lose my shit though if this starts getting rotation on regular radio stations though.  Please don't let that madness happen.

It's kind of ridiculous that "The Situation" from Jersey Shore can link up with some legit artists and producers in the music industry while people with actual talent struggle for years just to get noticed.  I guess how it's always been though.  If you can somehow make yourself famous for something (I'm still not sure what that is for the Jersey Shore crew), by all means take advantage of the situation and make some money while you're at it.  Don't hate the player.  Hate the game.

As much as I love the whole crew's antics, I'm getting a little sick of seeing these guys everywhere lately.  Is their 15 minutes ever going to end?  This shit is crazy.  At least Jersey Shore 2 is starting up soon so we can start to laugh at these clowns again.

SkyJump at Stratosphere in Vegas (CRAZY 909 FOOT "FREE FALL" OFF BUILDING)

Opie and Anthony were talking about this new "ride" called the SkyJump at the Stratosphere Hotel in Las Vegas.  Once I got a chance to take a look at the videos they were discussing, I felt the need to post them up.  This shit is crazy!  You are literally jumping off the side of a 909 ft. building!  WTF?!?!  Whoever came up with this concept is insane.

I know you don't truly dive at free fall speeds since the harness and connected apparatus slow your fall down to 40 MPH as soon as you jump but I don't give a shit.  This is still ridiculous.  You are literally jumping off a building!

I was in Vegas 2 years ago and this ride wasn't made yet but I did ride the Big Shot, X-Scream and Insanity.  Shit was insane.  I still can't believe I did that madness. Here are some clips of these rides.  If you ever go to Vegas, you have to do this.

Eminem Feat. Rihanna - "Love The Way You Lie" (DOPE)

Damn.  This is some hot shit.  I have a feeling "Love The Way You Lie" is going to be HUGE this summer.  Not only is this a dope song that crosses over multiple genres but Eminem's and Rihanna's huge fan bases are going to be requesting this song non-stop on Urban and Pop radio stations.  We might get sick of it at some point but right now, I'm really liking it.

Em hasn't had a deep song like this in a long time.  He's finally getting personal again with his lyrics which is what made him so great in the first place.  Nothing was off limits.  It's nice to see he's back to his old self again.  It's been too long.

New Nike Retro Basketball Releases - Air Max Uptempo 97, Air Penny 1 and Air Go LWP

Photobucket
Wow!  I never thought I would see a re-release of any of these kicks ever again.  These are all classics!  If you ever played basketball back in the late 90's, you probably had a pair of at least one of these joints.
Photobucket
I still have my original Nike Air Max Uptempos in the White/Black/Navy colorway above and they are actually in pretty good condition.  I break them out once in awhile and snap a few necks of sneakerheads and hoopsters that remember them from back in the day.  These shoes were always super comfortable because of the Air Max through the sole but they were a little heavy to ball in and took a while to break in.  They did get better with time though and I appreciate them a lot more now then I did back then.  I'm a little disappointed that they won't be as exclusive as they once were but what are you gonna do?  The classics always find a way to make it back into the stores.
Photobucket
I never had a pair of the Air Penny 1's but I always loved them.  They are a very unique looking shoe and they are supposed to be comfortable as shit.  The white and blue pops off of the black which really makes these stand out on the court.  They also look dope with a pair of jeans or a casual look.
Photobucket
My buddy had a pair of the Air Go LWP's and said they were some of the lightest and most comfortable kicks he ever had.  I wish they would drop the Black/White/Blue colorway that Penny Hardaway wore before he got the Air Penny line because they were the hottest of the bunch but these two colorways will do.  I might have to pick up at least one pair of each.  Hot shit.

I almost spit out my beer when I saw this commercial for the first time the other day.  I can't believe Vince Offer the ShamWow guy is back!  I thought this dude would be a homeless crackhead by now after that incident back in March of 2009 where he allegedly beat the shit out of a hooker.  It's nice to see him back on his feet and living the dream.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Commercial Featuring Eminem's "Won't Back Down" (DOPE)

I saw this commercial for the first time last night during the Celtics game.  I don't even like these shooter games because I suck at them but this commercial had me locked in and actually thinking about buying it.  I think it was a combination of the sick graphics and the soundtrack of Eminem's new single "Won't Back Down" featuring Pink.  Whatever it was, they definitely did their job and caught my attention.

This isn't the first time they've used an Eminem track to create a dope commercial.  Here is the one for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 using Eminem's "Till I Collapse".  That shit gets you pumped to whoop some virtual ass!  That's for sure.

Lakers Destroy Celtics To Force Game 7 (GARBAGE)

WTF was that?  Seriously guys?  That's how you play with a chance to close out the series?  It looked like they didn't even care.  The energy level was zero and no one could hit a shot to save their life. That was such a shitty game.

Now they have to play a Game 7 with the series all tied up and the momentum back in the Lakers favor.  The Celtics really need to wake the F up.  Perkins f'd up his knee and will almost certainly be out for Game 7 which makes things even worse.  I need to just stop typing before my head explodes.  I can't even think rationally at this point.  That was just awful.

Mark Ronson f/ Q-Tip & MNDR - ‘Bang Bang Bang’ Official Video (DOPENESS)

'Bang Bang Bang' is the first single off of Mark Ronson's new album Record Collection that drops in September.  This shit is hot!  I love that Q-Tip jumped on this one.  He always sounds dope over a beat that's a little more uptempo and not quite Hip Hop.  I think this could be one of those summer time songs that stays under the mainstream radar but ends up becoming part of your regular soundtrack for the beach and house parties and shit.  This is definitely a head nodder.

Ronson always brings the heat with an eclectic style of funk, soul, rock, Hip Hop and even a little 80's which creates a very unique and upbeat sound.  I didn't pay much attention to his last album Version because it was made up of Rock covers so it wasn't really up my alley.  His first album Here Comes the Fuzz was very Hip Hop heavy and had some great special guest appearances from Q-Tip, M.O.P., Sean Paul, Nappy Roots and Anthony Hamilton to name a few.  Unfortunately, no one in the US knew who the hell he was so the album didn't sell very well.

He did have a minor hit with the song 'Ooh Wee' featuring Ghostface Killah, Nate Dogg & Trife.  If you were paying any attention to Hip Hop in 2003, you probably heard this at least a few times in a bar or club.  I definitely played the shit out of it for a few months during my sets.  It was an instant booty shaker for the ladies:

Def Jam Rapstar - New Hip Hop Karaoke Game for XBox 360, PS3 and Wii (COOL)

Damn!  This could be sick!  It's about time someone put out a Karaoke game for the Hip Hop generation.  I'll admit, I'm sneaky on the mic with the Rock Band songs even though that's not in my wheelhouse but I get bored fairly easily.  I would much rather do some rappin' since I've memorized so many damn songs over the years from DJ'n.  Def Jam Rapstar looks like it will fill that void sooner than later.

Konami and Autumn Games have announced that 4mm Games' Def Jam Rapstar will drop on November 6. The game will be part of a bundle that includes the game and one wired microphone. It will cost $69.99 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles and $59.99 for the Wii.

The first seven songs that will be a part of the game have recently been released and include: Biz Markie's "Just a Friend"; Drake's "Best I Ever Had"; Ice Cube's "It Was A Good Day"; Outkast's "So Fresh, So Clean"; Pete Rock and CL Smooth's "They Reminisce Over You (T.R.O.Y.)"; Redman's and Method Man's "Da Rockwilder"; and Salt-N-Pepa's "Push It."  That's definitely a decent list so far.

Def Jam Rapstar will also have a bunch of original instrumental tracks, allowing users to rap at will using the "Freestyle" mode. They have already landed two huge names with tracks from DJ Premier ("JJ's Beat") and Just Blaze ("One the One.")

Here's some more details about the game and how it will work from one of it's creators at 4 MM:

Juvenile - ‘Drop That Ass’ (OFFICIAL VIDEO)

Lovin' this track!  Juvenile is good for at least one awesome booty shaking song every summer.  This is definitely one of his best in awhile.  If you haven't heard it yet, I recommend you peep the real version called "Drop That Ass".  I think it's just slightly better because of it's authenticity.  You know there is no way in hell Juvie would ever actually say "Thang" in place of ass unless he was forced to do so.

"Bend it over and POP IT!!! Bend it over and POP IT!!!"

"A-Team Theme 2010 Remix" Produced By Just Blaze (BAD ASS)

I think we can all agree that the A-Team theme was one of the most bad ass intros ever created for a TV show.  Unfortunately, it sounds a little dated now so for the new A-Team movie, they decided to call in super producer Just Blaze to update it with his signature style.

I don't like it when people take classics and try and update them because they usually fail miserably but this one certainly did not.  You can still recognize the original vibe instantly but it's got a new school flavor that makes it relevant for today's music.  Shit is hot!

Here's a behind the scenes look at how Just Blaze created the track:

Celtics Beat Lakers in Game 5 to Take 3-2 Series Lead (PIERCE WAS MONEY)

FINALLY!  I can't believe it took this long to see a meaningful win in the playoffs in person.  I have seen almost every single home loss during the 2010 playoffs and it was frustrating as shit.  At least they saved a little bit of energy for the fans for the last home game of the season.

I was a little scared there for awhile even when the Celtics were up by as much as 11 points.  Kobe Bryant was in one of those zones where everything he threw up was going in.  The guy was unreal.  Ray Allen played really good defense all game long but it didn't seem to matter.  Kobe couldn't be stopped.  Luckily, the rest of the Lakers were asleep and the Celtics finally learned how to close out a game with a lead.  As you can see in this clip below, Phil Jackson seemed to think the Celtics would blow the lead just like they had all season long.  What a dick!

This game was a must win for the Celtics and luckily, they pulled it off.  If they lost last night, they would have had to win two games in a row in LA to win the series.  There was just no way in hell that was happening.  Pierce took the team on his back and finally had a good shooting night that everyone has been waiting for all series long.

The C's also played some great team defense which helped keep all of the other Lakers in check.  KG, Sheed and Ray all played well but Tony Allen had the block of the night against Gasol.  He actually blocked this thing TWICE!  So sick.

The Celtics already proved they can win in L.A. when they stole Game 2 so there is no reason why they can't do it again.  I just hope they can pull it off in Game 6 because if this series makes it to Game 7, I don't think I am going to like the results. Close this shit out on Tuesday!!!
