Nicki Minaj Ft. Drake - "Moment 4 Life" (OFFICIAL VIDEO)

I'm getting a little sick of Nicki's weird faces and that stupid British accent but she's still hot as shit and I'm loving her fine ass in her new video for "Moment 4 Life" so I don't really know what I'm complaining about. This is also one of my favorite tracks off of her album.  I wasn't sure what I thought about it at first since I'm usually not a huge fan of female MC's but she gets it done both rapping and singing.  The girl has some serious skills, no question.

Here's some behind the scenes from the making of the video:

Barney as Eazy-E (SUPER RADOM BUT AWESOME)

Yes, I know this is super random but it was a related video on YouTube that caught my attention and it ended up being hysterical so I had to throw it up.  I just love any time someone combines something that's supposed to be completely safe like the kid's show Barney and then throws some crazy gangsta shit on top of it.  It never gets old.

In case you were wondering, the original video that I was watching was the now classic and infamous clip of Bert & Ernie getting down to M.O.P.'s fight anthem "Ante Up".  I think I watch this at least once a week.  So good.

Celtics Beat Lakers 109-96 in L.A. (HUGE WIN)

That's what's up, bitches!  Lakers fans can suck it.  They talk so much shit all the time but they can't handle it when their team gets owned by the Celtics.  Even with the refs trying their hardest to make this a game by calling almost everything against the C's and never giving them any shooting fouls when they were getting raped underneath the hoop, they still managed to pull off a 13 point win in L.A.  That's how you do it.

All of the national NBA analysts will be on the Celtics nutsacks now that they have beaten every single title contender at least once.  They always seem to forget about them because they are old and focus on defense and aren't as sexy as the Lakers or Heat but they officially have to wake up and take the Celtics seriously.  That game was a message to the rest of the league that the C's are even more fired up and motivated than ever.  As long as they stay healthy, there is no way anyone can beat them in a 7 game series.

The best part of the game might have been this exchange that was tweeted by J.A. Adande:

“KG to ballboy hoping to get his ball signed: “You’ve got a better chance of catching Bin Laden”

Wiz Khalifa - "Big Screen" (NEW ISH)

Awww shit!  My man Wiz is back at it again.  This song is so dope that I don't even care that he's using AutoTune even though it's one of my biggest pet peeves and I usually consider it as a sign of weakness or no talent.  Luckily, he makes it work and it allows him to do something different so I'm OK with it.  If you make a dope song using AutoTune, I will let it slide.

"Big Screen" has more of an R&B feel than Wiz's normal sound but it's definitely hot and will probably end up being a solid hit in the next couple of months.  The song is being taken down from YouTube left and right so I have a feeling this could be his next single since there are a ton of other tracks that stay up and have millions of views.  It seems like his label is trying to keep this one under wraps for as long as possible.  I'll try and keep it updated but the chances of this lasting more than a few days isn't too high.

Two Crazy Trampoline Dunks by NBA Dunk Acrobats (CREATIVE)

This first video is from a recent Washington Wizards game.  I guess they let fans go out and try and dunk off the trampoline like the mascots do?  WTF?!?!  Why the hell don't this at Celtics games?  I'm sick of watching Lucky do the same old dunks over and over again.  This is awesome though.  All of these clowns failed miserably except for the last dude.

The last dude of the bunch obviously works for the Wizards but it was still pretty cool and creative.  He was talking on his phone with his girl (supposedly) the whole way down the court and then did a flip and dunked it with the other hand while still holding the phone to his ear.  Are you kidding me?  That was nasty!  What really gave it away that he wasn't a regular fan was when he started doing some gymnastic backward flip type moves and came out of his shirt ON PURPOSE.  Damn.  Now that's pimp.

I guarantee I would be able to throw down something nasty if given the opportunity.  I used to jump off of one of those old circle trampolines people used in the 80's for a workout to dunk on my hoop outside but without any padding  for the landing.  Just strictly pavement and maybe even some rocks and dirt if I went too far.  It was a little crazy looking back on it but it was fun as shit at the time and the only way I was going to be able to dunk at age 11 or 12.  I will fly to any arena in the country to watch a game if I was guaranteed to be able to do this at halftime.  Can someone make this happen for me please?!?!

I saw this second video of one of the Phoenix Suns' dunk acrobats on one of the local news shows this morning of all places.  I wonder how this guy practiced for this because that looks like it would be scary as shit to pull off.  How many times did he hit his head on the rim or backboard trying to dive through the hoop?  I guarantee he probably got a foot caught on the net or rim at one point too.  No thanks. I'm all set with potentially paralyzing myself just for a somewhat decent trick dunk.  Stick to the flips, bro.  Nice creativity though...

Tracy Morgan Calls Sarah Palin "Great Masturbation Material" on TNT (FUNNY)

Seriously TNT.  What the hell were you expecting here?  Having Tracy Morgan on live TV is possibly one of the worst ideas ever.  Obviously the dude is going to say something inappropriate and completely insane.  Have you not seen an episode of 30 Rock?  He's not even acting.  He's just being his crazy self and getting paid for it.  His name is Tracy Jordan for christ's sake.  They should have just kept his real name and had the credits at the end of the show like they used to do in the 80's that said "Tracy Morgan as himself".

Dude is hysterical though.

Sick Alley Oop from Rondo to Ray Allen (STILL HAS HOPS)

I know this isn't the best alley oop ever but I had to put it up because it was completely unexpected coming from my man Ray Allen.  The dude is obviously in great shape for his age but he doesn't dunk that much anymore so it's nice to get a surprise like this.  Every once in awhile, he pulls one out of his bag and throws it down in someone's face and ends up surprising the shit out of everyone.  I love it when he does that!

The game was on mad late last night since it was in Portland and it was TNT game so I didn't catch more than the first few minutes but it looks like they pulled off a nice win:

Thursday Throwbacks: "Cassette Era" Mini Doc w/ Nas; Plus "NY State of Mind"

This is such a crazy video.  This shit took me back to the days of making pause tapes!  I used to do the exact same thing Nas was explaining by searching the radio dial back and forth hoping to catch that next dope song and not miss the intro so you could record it for your mixtape.  I used to hate it when the radio DJ would talk all over the intro so I would try and catch it perfectly and start recording on the hook or 1st verse.  Then when it was done, I would pause and rewind a little bit to stop it on the last beat so when the next song came in it was like I was mixing them together.  Shit was tight!

Too bad the kids these days don't know nothing about that.  They don't understand the work that went in back in the day just to hear your favorite song.  You couldn't just download it or do a search on your computer and hear it at any time.  You either got it off of the radio or had to go out and buy the whole album which was crazy expensive.

I  think that's why the older Hip Hop Heads like myself made such a connection to the music back then and why we defend old school Rap so strongly against the music of today.  We weren't just listening to the music.  We were fully immersed with it in every possible way.  It was like a job because of the work that went in but you didn't care because you loved it.  Ain't nothing like the Old School...

Nas - "NY State of Mind"

Baracka Flacka Flames - "Hit 'em Up" (A TEA PARTY DISS)

Once again, Baracka Flacka Flames brings the heat with his latest track "Hit Em Up".  Obviously this is a play on 2Pac's diss record of the same name.  Baracka does a great job of keeping the same style, rhyme patterns as flow and brings almost as much venom as he dissects the Republicans and the Tea Party.  He even goes off on the Tea Party at the end:

"Rush Limbaugh, you want to fuck with us?!?!  Don't you have high blood pressure or something?  Fuck around and catch a seizure or something.  You better back the fuck up before you get smacked the fuck up....We ain't singing, we bringing drama.  Fuck you and your muthafuckin' mama...Fuck Sarah Palin.  Fuck Bush.  Fuck the Tea Party as a staff, party and as a muthafuckin' crew.  And if you want to be down with the Tea Party then fuck you too.  Chino XL, fuck you too(???)....Ya'll muthafuckas can't see us or be us.  We muthafuckin White House ridahs.  We Tea Party killahs..."

HA!  That's some funny ass shit.  Here is 2Pac's original "Hit Em Up" so you can compare and contrast.

And here is the original joint Baracka Flocka Flame put out using the "Hard In the Paint" instrumental.  It's not as good as this one but it's still solid.

Frenchman Alain "Spiderman" Robert Climbs Hong Kong Skyscraper w/ No Wires (INSANE)

I know this is kind of random but I thought it was kind of cool so I thought I would throw it up.  You may have heard of this dude Alain "Spiderman" Robert before since he is pretty famous for climbing skyscrapers across the world using only his bare hands and without the use of supports or wires.  He recently pulled off another crazy climb in Hong Kong giving the people in the street a nice show.  I love how the police put down an inflatable mat in the middle of the street but left a ton of room open on the sidewalk area where he would probably fall and splat his guys all over the place.  Nice try though.

Here are some more clips of this nut climbing up all kinds of crazy shit.  Dude is nuts but he is also very good.  Respect.

Talib Kweli - "Cold Rain" (OFFICIAL VIDEO)

Here's some new ish from my man Talib Kweli called "Cold Rain".  It's defintiely a smooth, solid joint and something you would fully expect from Kweli.  It has a message that's basically about Kweli trying to make it through the world and protect the music that's sacred to him.

The new album Gutter Rainbows is on point and will probably end up being one of the best alternative/underground Hip Hop albums of 2011 once everything is said and done.  Go cop that shit if you appreciate real Hip Hop and just straight up good music.

The Art of Teknique (TAT) Krumpin Freestyle to "Step On Stage" (NASTY)

I've said it before and I'll say it again.  There is nothing better than watching little kids dance, especially when they have skills like this.  Everything just looks so much cooler when it's miniaturized.

These little dudes from The Art of Teknique (TAT) have some serious skills and absolutely killed it in this freestyle routine.  I'm both jealous and impressed.  Very nasty!!!

This Nerd Can Flow! (IMPRESSIVE FAST RAPPIN')

So this kid's lyrics might be a little wack or at least a little strange but you have to admit, this kid can freakin' spit unbelievably fast.  He also sounds very clear while doing it which is impressive.  Had he not added in the subtitles, I would have thought he was just mumbling some shit but it sounds like he was saying every word that was written down.  Very impressive.

Now if he could step up his lyrical game and get rid of that stupid cat, then he might have a chance to be taken seriously...

Lloyd Banks ft. Jeremih - "I Don't Deserve You" (OFFICIAL VIDEO)

Lloyd Banks is killing it once again with his new video for "I Don't Deserve You".  This is a smooth joint and one of the best tracks off of the Hunger For More 2 album that dropped back in November.  A lot of people have slept on this album but if you're a fan of good Hip Hop, you should give it a chance.

I was getting a little sick of G-Unit like a lot of people but I've always liked Lloyd Banks and thought he was one of the best and most underrated lyricists in the game.  I decided to give the album a shot after getting hypnotized by "Beamer, Benz or Bentley" and hearing a few of joints before it released and realizing it had some serious potential.  The album is jam packed with hits from gangster shit to R&B flavored joints like this one and "Any Girl".  "Start It Up" is still getting a ton of radio play after releasing back in November and isn't going to die any time soon.

The album might have made a slow burn up the charts but I think people are finally starting to realize it's quality.  I haven't gotten sick of it yet which is saying something these days...

Air Jordan VII "Bordeaux" Retro Drops This April (FINALLY)

Nice!  I've been waiting for these to drop since their original release in 1992.  This is one of the few Jordan's left that hasn't been retroed in it's original colorway but it looks like the wait will end this April.
It's called the "Bordeaux" because of it's dark wine coloring that makes up a big part of the tongue, back and sole of the shoe.  These were the first Air Jordan VII's to release and although Jordan didn't actually wear them in any games, it was still one of the most recognized of this particular silhouette.
I had the "True Red" colorway myself (now known as the Raptors) and rocked them on my Freshman basketball team and they were one of the most comfortable hoops shoes I have ever worn in my life.  No joke.  I always wanted the other colorways, especially the "Bordeauxs" but I was onlt allowed one pair back in the day.  I am going to try and cop as many of these as I can, now that I an afford a few.  Dopeness!

You might recognize these from the original Air Jordan commercial featuring Bugs Bunny that everyone now knows as "Hare Jordan".  This was before Space Jam but it's probably what helped create the idea and concept for the movie.  It's definitely one of my favorite commercials from back in the day.

Greatest Mini Golf Shot of All Time? (IMPRESSIVE)

I have no idea how this dude got the ball to sit on the fountain stream and then float in the air like magic but that was pretty freakin' cool. The best part was he just turned around after he hit the ball as if he was done without realizing that he just nailed the shot in the hole. That's some impressive shit right there. I could do without the annoying camera guy's laugh though. Relax dude...

J. Cole Feat. B.o.B - "Pass Me By" (NEW ISH!)

Here's some new dope shit from J.Cole and B.o.B. called "Pass Me By".  I'm definitely feeling this one and it's nice to have two of my favorite artists on the same track.  It's got a nice mellow, laid back flow on the beat and B.o.B.'s hook brings it all together to make it smooth little joint.  I could definitely see this getting some radio airplay in the near future.

This song originally leaked out last summer without a hook and then showed up later with Kevin Cossom and a completed hook.  Now that they've replaced him with a better known artist in B.o.B., I'm assuming this will be on J. Cole's still unnamed album that should release at some point in 2011.  Jay-Z is going to hook him up with the best known talent to make sure he sells some serious records right out the gate.  It just better release soon because people are getting itchy to hear something new from this young star.

By the way, in case you haven't noticed, J. Cole has some ridiculous sneaker game.  Here he is in a few classics:

Mark Sanchez Wipes Booger On Mark Brunell (GROSS)

Yes, this is dumb but it's kind of funny and it basically symbolizes what happened to the Jets season last night.  The Steelers wiped their big booger on the entire Jets team.  I know.  They beat the Pats pretty easily last weekend so I am still bitter but they deserved to get beat after all the smack they talked and how they celebrated in Foxboro.  Karma's a bitch like that.

It's kind of sad that I had to root for the Steelers because I wanted the Jets to lose so bad but it was the lesser of two evils.  I will be switching my allegiance to the Packers for the Super Bowl so the Steelers can get a bitch of a bitch smack as well...

Nasty Alley Oop Reverse Dunk by Blake Griffin (SICK)

I didn't have much to choose from to start the week off so I thought I'd hit you off with another nasty Blake Griffin dunk that took place over the weekend.  If you watched SportsCenter at all, you probably saw this a dozen times already but I still think it's worth another look.  He threw this down with ease even though it has to be one of the harder in game dunks.  Dude is so sick.

While I was looking for this one, I stumbled across another one that wasn't even a dunk but was still pretty impressive.  Baron Davis tried to hit him with a 70 foot alley oop and almost pulled it off even though Griffin was probably fouled.  One of these days, I am sure they will connect on one of these and tear the roof off the building because the crowd will lose their shit...

Snoop Dogg (Feat. Marty James) - "El Lay" (OFFICIAL VIDEO)

I wasn't a huge fan of Snoops new song "El Lay" at first because of all the L.A. sports team references but I have to admit it grew on me pretty quick.  It's a dope beat and solid laid back lyrics and flow from Snoop, as usual.  I wouldn't bump this too hard out here in Boston but it can get some love on the D.L. in my iPhone.  Not bad.

Here's some behind the scenes footage from the making of the video:

UCLA Barely Beats Cal After Being Up 8 w/ 53 Seconds Left (CRAZY ENDING)

This might be the craziest ending to a game I've ever seen.  I know a lot of people will say UCLA should be ashamed of themselves for letting Cal even make this a game considering they were up 8 points with less than a minute to go but in a weird way, I have to defend them.

I've been a part of plenty of games similar to this (not as crazy) where you are up a decent amount where you assume you are going to win the game and then everyone on your team just starts getting lazy and making stupid decisions.  My head usually comes pretty close to exploding when this bullshit happens but it's definitely possible.  I think that's why I love basketball so much.  Almost no lead is ever safe.  2 minutes is all you need sometimes.

By the way, UCLA should not have been so damn happy after this win.  Did you see those clowns on the bench? You should be ashamed of yourselves and should be thanking God you pulled off that win somehow.  You didn't deserve it.  I guarantee Coach Howland had their asses running all practice this morning as punishment.  That just wasn't cool...

"To Catch a Guido" - Jersey Shore Mash Up (FUNNY)

OK, maybe the execution was a little off on this considering there were some skips, delays and sketchy quality video but I'm still giving the creator a 7 out of 10 for the idea.  It might have gone on a little too long but I thought it was pretty funny all things considering. "To Catch a Guido" is a great concept though.  This could be really good with a little extra work.

By the way, why am I not sick of Jersey Shore yet?  It's freakin' crazy.  I don't even want to watch it but I get sucked in every time it's on.  The new season is on point too.  Damn.  These guys are all legit stars now and nobody knows why but they keep getting paid left and right with endorsement deals and appearances.  Even Ronnie is getting in on the act promoting Xenadrine.  Get that money, son!  I ain't mad at ya!

Air Jordan 3 “Cement Grey” Available Tomorrow 1.21.11 (MUST COP)

The Air Jordan Cement 3 is by far one of the most popular and most recognized shoes from the Air Jordan collection.  It was the shoe that really set off the infatuation with AJ's as well as sneakers in general.  The AJ 1 & II were decent in their own ways but no sneaker ever had as much style and flair as this one.
These shoes are also highlighted in the now infamous foul line dunk poster that everyone had as a kid.  I would stare at that thing for hours on end and always wished I could have those sick kicks with the elephant print.  They were just so far ahead of their time.  Futuristic if you will.  The shoe still holds up ridiculously well and would still be one of the best shoes around if it released today.
Luckily for all of the sneakerheads and Michael Jordan fans, the Air Jordan 3 Cement Grey retro releases tomorrow in stores for $150.  I was going to hold off on getting these just because my sneaker closet is getting tight and I am trying to save some money but I think I am going to be really pissed at myself if I let these pass.  I'm pretty sure you'll be seeing me rockin' these at some point in the spring once all of this snow shit is finally gone.  These are a must cop!

Thursday Throwbacks: Ghostface Killah - "Daytona 500"

Oh shit!  I haven't dropped any old school Wu in awhile so I thought I'd hit you off with one of my favorites from the solo album collection.  Ghostaface Killah's "Daytona 500" is probably one of the best Wu related singles of all time but it always seems to fall under the radar when the discussion comes up for some reason.

It wasn't one of those tracks that was on the charts for long so maybe people just forget about it but I think it deserves some more respect.  It's one of the rawest joints I've ever heard and it gets me fired up as soon as I hear that first bass line.  Ghostface, Raekwon and Cappadonna also bring some of their best lyrical game that I've ever heard from all three.  Just perfection all around.

The video was on some other shit, using only clips from the Speed Racer cartoon and syncing up with the characters to make it look like they were rapping.  I don't think many artists could get away with a video like this these days other than maybe the Gorillaz of coursesince they are technically just animated characters.  Artists are too concerned with their faces being seen at all times and can't let the music speak for itself because it usually sucks.  Whoever came up with this concept was a genius because it works perfectly with the song and theme.

The main sample in the song is from Bob James' "Nautilus".  Even the original is kind of hot!

DW2I Starring Gia Allemand & Amanda Olson (HOT CHICKS DANCING)

I have no idea who these broads are but they are f'n hot.  I guess their names are Gia Allemand & Amanda Olson from The Bachelor and The Bachelor Pad or some shit?  No idea but that's what was in the description.  Regardless of who the hell they are you have to admit that they are both smoking hot and we need to see more of them.  The one on the left has a ridiculous ass too.  Good lord!

Shout out to Barstool for putting me on to these chicks.  Very nice.

Favre's Version of LeBron's Nike Commercial 'Rise' - "What should I do?" (FUNNY)

Now that's how you do it. Just an awesome video all around. The execution was on point, it was funny and the actor even looked and sounded just like Brett Favre. The fact that they remixed LeBron's "Rise" commercial makes it that much better.  Funny shit...

"Tommy, completions are way more awesome when you force them through triple coverage"

"Wanna see my penis? My purple helmet, my private jet, my pu-be sneak, my peyton man-thing, my adrian penison...wanna see my danny woodhead, thats not even a joke i just think he's a good player, like to name my penis after him."

Where The "Dougie" dance originated

This has been floating around since September but I just saw it for the first time yesterday and thought it would be a great way to start the day off right.  Carlton is one of my favorite sitcom characters of the 90's and his dancing on The Fresh Prince of Bel Air over the years was top notch.  We didn't realize it at the time but he was teaching everyone the origins of "The Dougie" so that they would be ready to do this stupid dance almost two decades later.  Thanks, I guess???

Kanye West & Jay-Z - "H.A.M." (NEW ISH)

I know this has been out for awhile now (at least in terms of internet aging) but every video I found kept getting taken down by the evil lords at Universal.  I finally found one that has stayed up, at least for now, so I thought I would hit you off with it before this one is gone as well.

"H.A.M." isn't exactly what I was expecting from a Kanye/Jay-Z collabo but it's not bad either.  We've obviously heard better from both of them when they've worked together in the past but I don't even think that is the issue.  I think the reason why this song is getting so much attention is because of the fact that it signifies the official collaboration of Yeezy and Jigga on the recently announced Watch The Throne album.

Everyone is fired up about this combination of two of the greatest of all time and the potential for it to be a ridiculous album.  I guarantee there will be some better songs but they wanted to give everyone a taste and get the internet chatter going at full speed.  Mission accomplished.

Shoezeum - The Million Dollar Sneaker Collection (INSANE)

Holy Shit!  I think I just busted a nut.  I think this is my definition of heaven on earth.  I can't believe a place like this actually exists.  The problem is, no one knows the location so there is no way to visit and see this masterpiece in person.  What a shame.  I'm pretty sure sneakerheads from all over the world would pay about $25 a day to tour this facility. It's just an unreal collection that is not only in super condition but also pretty diverse, at least in terms of the Nike selection.

I couldn't fit all of the videos in this post so check out more from the Shoezeum at SneaksKick's YouTube Channel.

UPDATE: SneakerFreaker.com just posted a ton of pictures of the Shoezeum's Air Jordan collection. I'm still wiping up all of the drool from my keyboard. So sick!

Basketball Without Backboards (CRAZY)

Although this seems like a fairly logical evolution of the game of basketball, it's still weird as shit to see people playing on hoops without backboards.  Something about it just looks strange.  The crazy thing is though, people have been slowly adapting to this style of play over the past few decades as the bank shot has almost become nonexistent except for a few shots like layups or running jumpers.

Most players always go for the swish except for a few throwbacks like Tim Duncan because it just looks better when you make it rain and barely move the net.  We've been taught since a young age to go right at the rim and are never taught to use the backboard properly so we might as well remove it.  A bank shot almost feels like you're cheating.

I could definitely see this new style of hoops catching on in the next couple of years, at least with men's leagues and for streetball leagues like in the video above.  Every sport needs to evolve eventually and maybe this is one of the changes the sports needs to take in the next few decades.  People always talk about raising the hoop but I think this would prove enough of a challenge to change the game and make it a little more difficult to play.  We shall see...

Birdman Ft. Lil Wayne - "Fire Flame Remix" (OFFICIAL VIDEO)

I tried not to like this "Fire Flame" remix but it's strangely addicting and seems to get better each time I hear it, strangely enough.  I wasn't really a fan of the original but the new version with Lil Wayne on it somehow makes it a lot better and I'm not as much of a Weezy fan these days so that's saying something.  It defintiely sounds like a recycled Mannie Fresh beat or something from older Cash Money but it's still kind of hot so I can't really hate.  I'm not gonna lie either.  I've been bumping this hard in the ride lately.  Shit cranks.

Here is the original video which is kind of boring compared to the remix above.

Top 100 Dunks of All Time - 2010 Edition (AWESOME)

The title to this dunk compilation is slightly deceiving since it actually leaves out a ton of the classic dunks you are used to seeing from the NBA, ABA and college basketball but that was kind of the point.  It's called the 2010 edition for a reason.  These are some of the best new dunks the producer was able to find from across the world and not just in the pros or organized ball.  It could just be some dude at the playground or at a gym but as long as it's a dope dunk, it could make the cut.

I think it's a nice take on the usual "best dunks" compilations since those have been done to death and we've all seen the same dunks over and over again.  This one adds in streetballers and professional dunkers which allows for a much more diverse list and adds some of the craziest dunks you've ever seen that wouldn't be possible in live games.  I've featured a lot of these dunks on this site over the past few years but there are plenty of new ones in there as well.  Enjoy...

Blake Griffin Drops 47 Pts. On MLK Day vs. Pacers (NASTY)

Wow.  Blake Griffin is just ridiculous right now.  He went absolute Beast Mode yesterday. The kid just keeps getting better week after week.  If you didn't see any of the highlights by now, he dropped 47 points and grabbed 14 rebounds yesterday afternoon against the Pacers and he did it with incredible efficiency by shooting 19 for 24 from the field.  That's how you do it, son!

He even channeled his inner Tim Duncan by hitting a flurry of bank shots along with a variety of other great low post moves.  If he can learn to do that consistently along with being a complete physical freak with insane jumping ability, there is nobody in the league that will be able to stop him.  Unreal.

J-Byrd - "Green & Yellow" Packers Theme Over the "Black & Yellow" Beat (HOT)

The "Black & Yellow" beat has officially been murdered to death since everyone and their mother has jumped on it to create their own version at this point but I had to give this little dude J-Byrd credit for his Packers themed "Green & Yellow".

I gotta give the kid props for representing his hometown team and also dropping one of the most impressive flows I've ever heard for a 13 year old.  He starts off a little slow but destroys the second half of each of his verses.  He brings a rapid fire flow that most well known rappers couldn't even mess with.  Very impressive.

Hopefully he sticks with it and improves his game over the next couple of years because he has some potential. He is signed to DJ Hurricane's (formerly of the Beastie Boys) record label so I expect to hear more from him soon.

Joe Theismann Calls Danny Woodhead..Danny WoodCOCK (FUNNY)

Yes, this is some middle school style humor but it's still funny as hell.  Joe Theismann messing up and calling Danny Woodhead "WoodCOCK" is slightly amusing but the best part is when Deion Sanders and everyone in the NFL Network studio starts losing their damn minds and are literally, rolling around on the floor laughing their fuckin' asses off.  Good stuff.  If you don't think that's funny, then you have no soul.

Random Ish - Nasty 8 Year Olds Freestyle Dancing, Plus Other Dancing Shenanigans

These little dudes can get down!  Damn!  Is there anything better than seeing little kids ripping it up on the dance floor better than 98% of most adults?  I'm pretty sure they are freestyling most of this routine too.  Very impressive.

This is on some dumb shit but I thought it was kind of funny.  It's obviously a clip of some rednecks doing some line dancing type shit that was dubbed over with The Game & 50 Cent's "How We Do".

Along the same lines is this video of some dudes in Turkey doing their thing to a Dougie track.  One dude even breaks out a gat and starts poppin'. Kind of funny...

This might be the best one of them all.  Some dude in the crowd got up and danced to Michael Jackson during a Bobcats game and absolutely killed it!  He ended up getting a standing ovation and even had all of the players watching him.  Impressive...

Pics From Erin Andrews' Reebok ZigTech Photo Shoot (YUMMY)

There isn't anything much better than a smoking hot chick in her workout clothes looking all fly like this.  I'm a big Erin Andrews fan and these pics take that infatuation to another level.  It's one thing for a chick to look hot when she gets all done up with a ton of makeup and a dress and some dope shoes but it's another thing when they can pull off the hotness in just casual clothes and sneakers. Yoga pants and the tight tops that go with them are one of the best inventions/trends from the past decade.  So good.

These pics are from Erin's recent photo shoot for Reebok.  She will be promoting their ZigTech line in a print campaign I assume but if they were smart, they would use her in some commercials as well.  Enjoy!

Thursday Throwbacks: Junior Mafia's "Player's Anthem" & "Get Money"

Since we're on the topic of Biggie and Junior Mafia, I thought I'd hit you off with two of their classic joints "Player's Anthem" & "Get Money".  When I heard just a small does of "Player's Anthem" in the Bulldog video below, I just had to throw up the whole song.   The video was disabled for some reason so here is a live version from the Apollo as well as another video I put together from one of my Old School mixes:

In my opinion, it's one of the most underrated and forgotten Notorious B.I.G. songs even though it's one of the best.  I think people forget about it during the "best Biggie songs" arguments because it was technically a Junior Mafia track.  Do me a favor and go back and listen to the Conspiracy album.  It's a banger from front to back.  "Get Money" is also another favorite of mine.  Dope shit.

Here's a random clip of Big just driving around Brooklyn bullshittin'.  You'll see a super young Lil Kim at the end...

English Bulldog Dancing to Junior Mafia's "Player's Anthem" (BADASS)

How freakin' awesome are bulldogs? Seriously.  Not only can they ride skateboards but they also have excellent taste in Hip Hop Classics.  This dude is just chillin' by the pool, bobbing his head to Junior Mafia's "Player's Anthem" like it ain't no thang.  He probably just hit the blunt and now he's just vibin' and waiting for someone to go get him a bowl filled with his 40 oz. of O.E.  What a badass.

My bulldog Boomer is pretty cool himself but he's a little unstable so I'm not sure he's capable of just relaxing and letting the beat ride like this guy.  I have noticed that his ears perk up whenever there is some Rap music playing so maybe he has the same taste but just doesn't expresses his connection to the music in the same way.  He does like to chill by the pool though.  I have no idea why Bulldogs want to be near the water but are deathly afraid of it.  Weirdos.  They're still the best dogs ever though.

Here's the unedited version which is slightly less annoying than the edited one above but it's also sideways for some f'n reason so it also kind sucks in it's own way.  No idea how that happens...

Ray Allen's Air Jordan 11 PE - White/Gold/Green; Plus Jordan CMFT 11 - White/Cool Grey

I meant to throw these pics up a few weeks ago but I guess it got lost in the shuffle.  You can never have enough pics of Air Jordan 11's so it's better late than never.  Ray Allen always brings the retro Jordan heat in some of the best colorways in the L and this version of the Air Jordan 11 is no exception.

Ray actually wore these a few years ago on opening night of the 2008-09 NBA season which was also the day the Celtics got their rings for winning the 2008 Championship.  Hopefully he breaks these out again sometime in the near future.

While we're on the topic of Air Jordan 11's, I thought I'd hit you off with some pics of the Jordan CMFT 11 in it's new colorway of White/Cool Grey.  I'm a big fan of this shoe in general and it's by far one of the best "fusions" or mashups I've seen in the Jordan collection to date.  A lot of sneakerheads and Air Jordan collectors still aren't sold on this shoe however but I have to imagine the Cool Grey colorway will get some people to open up a bit since it's one of those colors that everyone seems to be all over these days.  These are very clean and would be a great way to get that AJ 11 flavor in a casual shoe. No word on release date yet but they will retail for $110...
