Ryan Leslie - "You're Not My Girl" (OFFICIAL VIDEO)

Ryan Leslie's new single "You're Not My Girl" has been out for awhile now but I'm really just starting to get into it lately. It's a dope R&B track that has that throwback feel. The more I hear it, the more I like it.  I feel like this should be a bigger hit than it is right now but maybe it will just take some time to build. 

Ryan Leslie is probably one of the more underrated R&B artists in the game right now. You really don't hear much about him (which could be the label's fault) but he keeps putting out solid material and great singles with each album.  He put out his first album Ryan Leslie and second album Transition within 9 months of each other and both in 2009.  That's on some DMX ish!  Dude is puttin' in work! 

"How It Was Supposed To Be" is one of his best tracks. The hook is catchy as hell and the beat is on point.  This version adds a little extra guitar to the original mix but it definitely works:


"Diamond Girl" is also another one of my favorites.  Once again, it's a very catchy hook and has a sick beat that will get you bobbin' your head. 


I'm not a huge fan of "Addiction" (featuring Cassie and Fabolous) but it's still a decent track and it's starting to grow on me. I think they would have been better off with someone that was a better singer than Cassie but what can you do.  The ladies definitely seem to like this one so that's probably all that matters.
