YouTube Classic - Rat Monster from Scare Tactics (HYSTERICAL)

Don't ask why but I was describing this clip to someone just the other day during some conversation about how a mouse chewed through a wall in someone's bedroom or some shit.  I'm pretty sure I was drunk so that might not be completely accurate.  Of course my mind started spinning crazy random drunk thoughts and I instantly thought of the little Rat Monster guy from the show Scare Tactics.  I mean, who wouldn't?  It seemed like a logical connection at the time.

I almost forgot how freakin' funny this video is.  It's nice to see that it's just as funny now as it was back in the day.  The best part is when he says "Do you need help little man?" as if the little rat monster could actually speak English or something.  Classic!
