CFL Hacky Sack Celebration by Dave Stala (COOL)

Remember when the NFL didn't stand for the No Fun League and they actually allowed their players to do cool touchdown celebrations?  Just in case you can't remember that far back, just take a look at this video of Dave Stala of the Canadian Football League for a quick reminder.  That's a killer hacky sack/soccer juggling move.  Very solid.

The CFL is kind of a crazy version of football with it's 20 yard end zone and 3 downs but it definitely has plenty of excitement.  This isn't the first time we've seen some cool celebrations from the dudes up north.  Here are a few I could find:

It's kind of annoying that the NFL has tried to eliminate these type of celebrations from the game.  I know their obnoxious but I used to love it as a kid when I would watch SportsCenter on Sunday nights to catch the best ones and then try and imitate them on the field the next time I played football.  Shit, my nickname was "Highstepper" for the first few years of high school because I had the balls to do the Deion Sanders highstep into the endzone after schoolin' the  with some dope juke moves during gym class.

Now it's just boring as hell.  It should be up to the players to decide if they want to catch a penalty or get their head knocked off the next time down the field for excessive celebrations.  The commissioner shouldn't be making extra rules and fining people.  The players regulate themselves.  Let them do what they want.  I'm pretty sure most fans would not complain.
