I love what Andy Samberg's been doing with his songs and raps over the past couple of years but the bad thing about that is that I've set my expectations too high for his new ish. This new SNL Digital Short called "
On The Ground" is decent but something was just missing. I know he was trying to be different with his off beat and mostly non-rhyming raps but it just kind of annoyed me more than anything.
The hook is defintely the best part about the song though. Shit had me cracking up. I couldn't wait to see the next random thing he'd be smashing. Don't let the system hold you down, Andy!!!
