The Jordan vs. Bird McDonald's Commercial (OLD SCHOOL)

Here's another old school Jordan commercial starring the one and only Basketball Jesus, Larry Bird.  This McDonald's Big Mac commercial was by far one of the best and most memorable commercials of the early 90's.  It's definitely a personal favorite and it cracks me up every time I see it. The "acting" is absolutely classic too. You can just see how nervous and uncomfortable Larry Legend was and Jordan was still getting his acting chops up to par so even he looked super awkward.

Even though McDonald's shoved this ad down our throats about 35 times a day for 2 years, it still never got old.  What made it better was that you could believe this game was real for a split second because Jordan and Bird were that damn good.  I would love to see some behind the scenes clips of the shots they pulled off without the special effects. I'm sure anything near the court was doable.   

My favorite line in the whole commercial is when Bird says:
"Off the floor.  Off the scoreboard.  Off the BANKboard.  No Riiiyyyuhmmm."

You gotta love the Hick from French Lick!!!
