Sick game last night!  The Red Sox pulled off the Game 4 and ALDS win after it looked like they might give away the 2-0 lead they took into the 8th inning.  It felt like we might see a repeat of Game 3 and a potential 5+ hour game if it went into extra innings but luckily, Bay and Lowrie made it happen in the bottom of the 9th in dramatic fashion.

As I've said before, the Sox have me back on board and I am now fully committed to this playoff push even though I was half assin' it as a fan just a few short weeks ago.  They've shown me that they have the cajones to go all the way this season even if they are not the most talented team of the past few years.  They just get it done in ways that were never possible with old Sox teams like hit and runs, stolen bases, small ball, etc.  This is a fun bunch of guys to watch and the new faces and young guys keep you interested because this is their first time experiencing the madness.  You can't help but get excited when they do.

Here are some recaps from last night as well as looking forward to playing the Tampa Bay Rays in the ALCS:

Angels get squeezed out of playoffs
Hero role suits Lowrie just fine
Clutch trio caught in Sox's spell - Drew, Bay and Kotsay play pivotal roles as Boston advances
ALCS foes know each other too well - Red Sox not taking Rays lightly in next round of postseason

Remember This?!?!  Let's just say there will be no love lost in this ALCS:
