"Feeling You" - T.I. (Decent Track for the Ladies)

Here's a new club track from T.I. called "Feeling You".  For some reason, this track doesn't sound like it's finished or mastered just yet.  I have a feeling they are throwing it out there to blogs and DJ's to gauge the response and interest level.  The beat is nice and T.I. is on point as usual but the hook is kind of garbage and sounds half assed.  It just seems like it could be so much better with a little more effort or another singer.  I have a feeling there will be another version with a better and more well known R&B singer.  If not, then this will just be album filler or mixtape garbage.
