It took me FOREVER to find some pics of the Big Three's kicks from the All Star Game but I finally found some that were decent after digging in the crates for awhile. A few of these are repetitive but it's the best I could do. They must gotten pissed off having to take the same type of picture over and over again!
Paul Pierce is rockin' the Nike Air Max P2 V in the All Star Game colorway, Kevin Garnett has the Adidas TS Bounce Commander in Silver and Ray Allen is wearing the Air Jordan 2009 in ASG colors. All of them are pretty cool but I'm not sure any are tops on my "Gotta Have" list. Not bad though.
Pierce's Nike Air Max P2 V was probably the hardest to find in the bunch. I don't think they got much pre-ASG shine like the other signature kicks because the P2 V are not sold in adult sizes and therefore Nike had little reason to promote them. All of the blogs had pics of Ray's Air Jordan 2009 and KG's Adidas TS Bounce Commander weeks before they were even worn by the players. That was annoying.
I also thought it was very cool of the NBA to bring out a 75th Birthday cake for Bill Russell to celebrate with the Big 3. Props go out to one of the best players in Celtic and NBA history.
