Shaq "Flips Out" Reacting to $35K Fine For Comments About Refs (FUNNY)

Shaq got fined yesterday for comments he made after the game against the Magic on Christmas Day and this is how he reacted.  Dude is nuts!

Here is what he originally said:
“We have two premier big men out there. He is pushing, I’m pushing. Let us play. I guess they [fans] come out to see No. 26 [Delaney] play. He was a great player out there today. They paid all that money to see No. 26 come play. My thing is, if you’re going to call it, call it the same way every time. Don’t pick and choose who you are going to call it against.”

If you've been watching any Celtics games lately, you have noticed that Shaq has been getting screwed on a ton of calls.  Basically, refs are calling fouls on him now for just being big.  I guess when someone runs into him and bounces off of him, it's his fault, even if he's standing straight up.  It's getting a little ridiculous.  I know not every call is going to be correct but at least try and keep it even on both sides of the floor. More often than not, it's the Celtics getting the raw end of the deal.

In related, news Kevin Garnett went down with a leg injury last night and it does not look good, at least based on his reaction.  After the game, Doc and the Celtics made sure that everyone knew it did not seem to be a knee issue and there were no broken bones according to the X-Rays but that's not really what it looked like anyway.

I was under the impression that it was his knee but then they started focusing on his lower leg in the calf area.  If that is the case, I really hope it was only a slight muscle strain and not something more major that could have him sidelined for a long period of time.  I've had the same thing happen to me where I went to jump and my calf cramped up to the point that I was in severe pain but it was OK a few days/weeks later.  I'm hoping that was the case and not something more severe.

It was during the second game of a back to back and they also played on Christmas Day just 3 days earlier so hopefully it was due to dehydration and fatigue and not something else.  If KG is out for a long period of time, that could severely screw the Celtics Championship hopes.  We shall see...
