Rondo's Alley Oop With .6 Seconds Helps Celtics Beat Heat in OT (UNREAL)

The Celtics were in Miami last night and what seemed like just another regular season game ended up being one of the best games of the season. I had no idea what to expect from the Celtics since Garnett was out indefinitely and Pierce and Rondo were questionable.  Luckily, Pierce and Rondo both played and ended up being involved in the biggest play of the game.

With the game tied and about 3 seconds left, Dwyane Wade stole the ball (foul?) from Ray Allen at half court and then went in for the dunk with .6 seconds remaining on the clock.  Like everyone else, I assumed the game was over but luckily (and unexpectedly) Doc put together a perfect out of bounds play.  Pierce threw up a great alley oop for Rondo right in front of the rim and he was able to catch it and lay it in to take the game into Overtime.  UNBELIEVABLE!!!

The Heat must have been devastated because the Celtics closed out the game fairly easily and ended up winning by 6 with a final score of 112-106.  Hopefully the C's can get everyone back healthy in the next couple of weeks and we can look back to this game as the start to another nice winning streak.
