Is Delonte West Banging LeBron's Mom? (PLEASE BE TRUE)
At first I thought the story of Delonte West banging LeBron's Mom was a joke and was just another excuse for Cleveland fans as to why the Cavs and LeBron sucked in Round 2 but then I started thinking about it and realized there is a pretty good chance this is actually legit.
If you know anything about the dude, you would know that Delonte is completely tapped and fully capable of doing something like this (in my opinion, at least). The guy is definitely a little unstable (I think he is bi-polar?) and as we've learned in the past, doesn't always make the best decisions. Just last year, he was arrested for speeding on his motorcycle in which he was carrying a guitar case filled with automatic weapons. WTF?!?! Who does that?
On top of that, there are plenty of YouTube videos of him freestyle rapping about stupid shit or just acting a fool and making himself look like a clown. Having fun is one thing, but when it makes people question your sanity, maybe you shouldn't put it out there for all of the world to see. Based on what I've seen from him over the years when he played for the Celtics and Cavs, I've come to the realization that he's far from the smartest guy on the team. I feel like he's one of those guys that's so messed up that he wouldn't know it's completely wrong to bang one of your teammates mother's, especially LeBron's. Did he really think nothing bad would come of the situation?
The blame isn't all on Delonte though. If this is true, LeBron's Mom was also a willing participant. She should have known better too. She had to have known this had the potential to completely F up her son's head, although maybe she's just as clueless as Delonte. TerezOwens.com , who originally broke this story, has some more insight about the situation and says that this isn't the first time LeBron's Mom has gotten down with one of his friends:
"My source goes on to say..”It’s A KNOWN FACT, THAT GLORIA JAMES WAS ALSO SLEEPING WITH HIS EX-AGENT’S TWIN BROTHER (ERIC GOODWIN)….AND THIS WAS THE REASON HE REALLY FIRED AARON GOODWIN….”So it appears she has a history of getting with LeBron’s friends..I guess it’s not inconceivable that Gloria James is involved with Delonte West.."
DAMN!!! Finding out one of your supposed best friends and teammates was banging your Mom would always be F'd up and would screw you up for days but I don't think it's a legit reason why you should completely shit the bed for 3 games in a row in a huge playoff series. Plenty of professional athletes have dealt with worse, such as a parent dying the day before a big game (see Brett Favre).
I could see how if he found out about this madness right before Game 4, it might have messed up his head pretty bad for at least one game. Although, I'm pretty sure he was looking for any excuse to get out of Cleveland any way, so even though this might not have been the best case scenario, at least it gives him an easy out that everyone could understand. It should be interesting to see how this story progresses.

UPDATE: NBA Hall of Famer Calvin Murphy says that the allegations about Delonte banging LeBron's Mom are absolutely true, "according to his sources". WOW!
