Cal RB Jahvid Best Falls 8 Ft. On His Head & Suffers Concussion (DISTURBING)

If you haven't seen this video of California Golden Bear star Running Back Jahvid Best being flipped through the air and landing on his head, I have to warn you, it is very disturbing.  He jumped high into the end zone on a goal line run and was hit while mid air which projected him even higher.  He was probably 8 feet in the air and had no control of his body at that point as he was being flipped around and landed directly on his head and neck.  His helmet went flying off and was immediately lying motionless as his teammates called over for help.

He is supposedly doing better today but this was a very severe concussion and his second one in 8 days.  Let's hope he recovers quickly and is able to play again at some point in the near future.  Best is expected to be one of the top Running Backs selected in the 2010 NFL Draft and it would be a shame if his career was ended short on such a freak accident. - Addicted to Sneakers, Sports, Hip Hop and Gadgets
