Tugboat's 8-Bit Hip Hop Medley (MIDI MADNESS)

This is a couple of years old but I'm just hearing it for the first time so go screw if you've already heard it.  Brooklyn based Producer Jesse "Tugboat" Novak made this dope mix of Hip Hop Hits (probably from 2003-2006) out of 8-Bit Nintendo sounds (aka MIDI) and it's unreal.

This reminds me a lot of the ringtones I had on my old blue Nextel flip phone from about 7 years ago.  Now that I'm hearing it again, I think I actually prefer the MIDI style to the real ringtones. There's something kind of fun about trying to guess what song is playing and then getting excited when you finally figure it out. 

Here is an updated mashup by Agent Smith that includes the actual lyrics of the original song.  Dope!
