Sneakerpedia.com - The World's Greatest Sneaker Archiving Project (DOPE)

Sneakerpedia Trailer from Sneakerpedia on Vimeo.

This might be one of the best sneaker related ideas I've heard in a long time. Sneakerpedia, powered by Foot Locker, is a new web project to help create the world’s largest collection of sneaker data available anywhere. Simply stated, it's "The world's greatest sneaker archiving project."  You’ll be able to upload pictures of your collection, tag them with the correct identifying information and search for other favorites all in one place.

I guarantee once this gets up and running that this could become one of the most addicting sneaker sites ever made.  Whenever I see a shoe that I completely forgot about, it brings back great memories and also helps me think of some other classics along the way.  If Sneakerpedia has them all in once place, I may never leave the damn site!  Dopeness.

Sneakerpedia is currently in Beta but I'll be sure to give an update once it's open to the public.
