Reflection Eternal - "Ballad Of The Black Gold" (DOPE)

The more I hear "Ballad of The Black Gold" the more I love it.  It's a great song that actually has a real message.  When was the last time you heard a politically conscious song like this and it was actually good?  This is what Rap/Hip Hop used to be all about but the new generation of Hip Hop got lost along the way.  Hopefully this song continues to game some steam and wakes people up to the fact that you can make good music and actually say something of value at the same time.

Rarely do you hear a message of any significance these days.  It's usually just about money, cars, ho's and clothes and of course, slangin' that shit.  It would be great to see a new school movement of Hip Hop with a message like we saw back in the late 80's and early 90's with groups like Public Enemy, Boogie Down Productions (KRS-One) and Poor Righteous Teachers.  It doesn't get much better than this:

Bill Burr Rips NYC for Complaining About LeBron Going to Miami (CLASSIC RANT)

Bill Burr is officially THE SHIT.  Everything he says in this rant is so on point, it's ridiculous.  Not only does he rip apart Knicks fans and the franchise as a whole but he also DESTROYS the whole NY sports scene.  Unbelievable.  If you're not a Bill Burr fan currently, I think this video will definitely convert you.  Dude is hilarious and he's not afraid to tear people to shreds right to their faces.

This rant from a few years ago is a perfect example.  He completely rips the fans at a Philly show because they were being obnoxious and booing him before he even got going and he ends up getting them on his side by the end of it because he was so awesome.  UNREAL!

Grinding Fail - Blood on the Dancefloor? (HYSTERICAL)

This is unbelievable.  I can't stop laughing at this madness!  Not only is it completely ridiculous that a chick is letting a dude ram the shit out of her on stage to try and win some awful dance competition but it's even better when he launches her about 5 feet in the air and off the stage as she falls 6 feet to the ground below and then comes back for more!  Wow.  That's a trooper right there.

The messed up part  was I was expecting the dude to drill her in the back of the head with that vicious windmill kick the whole time I was watching the video but it never happened.  The anticipation was killing me but the eventual payoff was even better...

Batting Stance Guy - 2010 MLB All-Star Game Starting Lineups (DECENT)

Just in time for tonight's game, Batting Stance Guy hits us off with a new video of his impersonations of the Starters from the 2010 MLB All Star Game.  As always, this guy is almost dead on with every single player.  It's definitely impressive.

I consider myself a big sports fan but I could have imitated maybe 3 stances of the guys listed.  I didn't even recognize half of the names either.  I guess I just don't follow baseball like I used to but I also think that players don't have as unique swings and stances like they did back in the day.

When I was growing up, you could break out a sick whiffle ball stance arsenal of Frank Thomas, Daryl Strawberry, Gary Sheffield, Ken Griffey Jr., David Justice, Mo Vaughn, Cal Ripken and Dwight Evans just to name a few.  If you ever followed baseball just a little bit, you can picture those unique stances in your head instantly.  I can't really think of any like that any more.  What's up with that?

By the way, how crazy is it that this Batting Stance Guy is sponsored by Lexus and is at the actual All Star Game? WTF?!?!  This dude was doing impersonations in his backyard with a whiffle ball bat with a shitty camera and now he's getting paid to make these videos.  Shit is crazy!  The internet is a funny place...

Live TV Chatroulette Fail (WORST IDEA EVER)

Wow.  Who the F thought this was a good idea?  I mean, you could assume there was about a 98% chance this was going to happen.  Why would you do this live?!?!  You have to live under a rock to not know that Chat Roulette is the place where creeps go to flash their junk to random people.  Try doing a little research, buddy.

I have no idea what these foreign bastards are saying but I love the guy in the background laughing his ass off and basically saying "You stupid shit.  What did you expect."  Classic.

Ninja Say What?!?! (FUNNY)

Since I'm a white boy, I can't really even discuss this video on any level without saying something dumb so just watch it and figure it out on you're own.  Shit is pretty funny.

Keith Stone...Always Smooth (NEW KEYSTONE LIGHT COMMERCIALS)

I was always a big fan of Keystone Light's "Never Bitter Beer Face" commercials from back in the day but I'm not sure how I feel about this new 'Keith Stone...Always Smooth' concept.  It just seems too cool for such a shitty beer.  These dudes need to stick with the funny for me to even consider drinking their piss flavored watered down brew.  You definitely aren't cool if you drink that shit.  You're just poor.  So at least humor me so I feel like less of an asshole with it in my hand.

Luckily I am at an age where I can afford the good shit but I remember the good old days when it was a big decision between getting a 30 rack of Keystone Light, Busch Light and Natural Light.  If you were ballin' with a little extra cash, you stepped it up to Coors Light or Bud Light.  Ah, to be young again...
