Slaughterhouse ft. Cee Lo Green - "My Life" (OFFICIAL VIDEO)

I posted the audio for this a few weeks back but now there is an official video for your viewing pleasure. I liked this song when I first heard it and I think I like it even more now that I've heard it a few times. Some hardcore Slaughterhouse fans will be disappointed with the commercial route they took on this one but I think it's a smart move. In order to push some units and get your name out there to some new fans, you have to get something that will have some radio and video rotations. Em was always able to play both sides of the table and I think Slaughterhouse can do the same with his direction. I'm definitely looking forward to the new studio album Welcome to Our World which is due out on July 10th on Shady Records. Should be a banger.

"Psh" (FUNNY ISH)

I haven't posted a random vid in awhile but this one definitely earned it. The concept is so simple, yet so effective. I'm surprised no one thought of doing this before. I fully expected it do be dumb as hell but once I saw who these dudes were doing it to, I had a new found respect for them. They are lucky they didn't get shanked on the streets of Venice. There are some serious shady ass characters out there! People have been doing the "Psh" thing for years but no one ever seemed to point it out in such an awesome way. These dudes are dressed like bums but they have an insane amount of unwarranted arrogance that only Kenny Powers could rival. Classic.

The Game Gets His Ankles Broken and Chris Brown's Alley Oop to John Wall at Drew League

I didn't realize that the Drew League had already started up again but I guess it's about that time as the summer is basically here now. I just assumed they waited for the NBA Finals to finish since some NBA players are in the league but I guess there's no reason to hold off since most of the league has been in the offseason for awhile now. The video above of Chris Brown throwing a sick oop to John Wall for a reverse dunk was solid. Chris Brown has some serious game himself and if he hand't gotten into singing at an early age, I think he might have been able to play some college ball on some level. Kid has a nice handle and some decent hops. Below is The Game getting crossed up which lead to his ankles getting shattered and falling down on his ass. Ironically, The Game actually has some decent game himself but he's gotten out of shape over the years from smoking all that weed and drinking and living an easy celebrity life. I'm pretty sure I heard he could have played some college at one point too.

Ludacris - "Jingalin'" prod. by Da Internz (NEW ISH)

It's nice to hear some new ish from Ludacris. I'm kind of feeling this new joint because it's got a creative sound and he brings the witty lyricism as usual. This was one of my favorite lines: "That girl Hella bad, I wanna pop Hella cash. The way that booty propels, I might need a helipad...or a landing strip ain't no need to panic Trick, drop that apple bottom right down on my banana split!" I also liked the homage he paid to LL's "Jingling Baby" in the beginning and then flipped it for something new.

After years of rumors of a sequel, the real deal is finally upon us. This trailer doesn't show too much about the actual movie but at least it's confirmation that it's actually happening. If it's even a fraction as funny as the original, it will be awesome. A new goofy comedy has been sorely needed for a few years now. Can't wait.

Jay Pharoah's Stephen A. Smith Spoof on Saturday Night Live (NICE)

The content might not be the funniest but this impersonation of Stephen A. Smith is DEAD ON. Most people watching SNL probably didn't have any clue who he was even imitating since it was kind of an obscure sports reference but I certainly appreciated it. Jay Pharoah needs to get some more shine because his Hip Hop and Sports impersonations are solid.

Nas - "The Don" (OFFICIAL VIDEO)

Here's the video for Nas' dope new joint, "The Don". I love the uniqueness and creativity on this one. I'm glad Nas did what he wanted and went for something different instead of making the same old crap that everyone is putting out these days. Dope shit.
