This might be dunk of the year on all levels of basketball. Victor Dukes of Nettleton High School in Arkansas pulled off this nasty dunk during the NEA Tournament Finals. It's obvious he got an extra boost off of the defender Tom Chambers style but it's still nasty as hell!
